The national level sets the tone.

In 2024," "Low-altitude economy" For the first time in the government work report, the National Development and Reform Commission established the Department of Low-altitude Economic Development, marking a new stage where the industry has moved from scattered exploration to national coordination and large-scale promotion, and the top-level design framework has been officially established.

In the latest" "Fifteen fifteen";" In the planning proposal, the low-altitude economy has been incorporated into the national five-year planning system and explicitly elevated to ";" "Emerging pillar industries" At a strategic height, it has become the core carrier for cultivating new quality productive forces, and its development status has achieved a qualitative leap.

The policy dividends continue to be released.

From the mention of special policies to the dedicated coordination, and then to the deployment at the national strategic level, the policy support has been continuously strengthened. Comprehensive policy guarantees have provided a solid foundation for industrial technological innovation, scenario application and commercialization, ushering in a golden period of development.

"Low, slow, small" The threat is prominent, and traditional means are ineffective.

Drones are low-cost and highly concealed, posing a serious threat to airport clearance, security for major events and key infrastructure. Traditional radars find it difficult to effectively capture them.

There is an urgent need for rigid demand, and a closed-loop defense system needs to be established.

Scenarios such as airports, nuclear power plants, and energy bases are in urgent need of" "Detection - Identification - Countermeasures" Integrated solution, achieving seamless connection from discovery to disposal.

A blue ocean market worth hundreds of billions of yuan, China leads growth.

The global anti-drone market has a compound annual growth rate of over 20%. As the country with the fastest-growing low-altitude economy, China will become the core engine for market growth.

Core Challenges
Bottlenecks exist in the current information infrastructure. Deficiencies in communication, navigation and surveillance capabilities constitute critical technical barriers restricting the large-scale development of the low-altitude economy.
01 Constrained Communication Links
Most unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) rely on unlicensed frequency bands, which are susceptible to electromagnetic interference and limited transmission range. Conventional cellular networks provide inadequate low-altitude coverage and fail to meet the requirements of highly reliable, low-latency control commands and real-time video transmission.
02 Lack of Precision Navigation
Canyon effects of urban high-rises, indoor environments and complex electromagnetic conditions tend to block or disrupt GNSS signals, resulting in positioning drift or even complete signal loss. This directly endangers flight safety and impairs mission execution accuracy.
03 Blind Spots in Full-Domain Surveillance
There is a shortage of full-coverage detection solutions for low, slow, small (LSS) targets, while traditional radars deliver low recognition accuracy. Multi-source data from air traffic control, public security, civil aviation and other authorities cannot be effectively integrated, making real-time tracking and emergency management of low-altitude targets unachievable.
